Presento un sistema (indipendente da versione di windws, antivirus e firewall installati, impostazioni di sicurezza) per connettersi al computer di chi ce lo richieda, passando attraverso + routers, firewall ecc..
La soluzione prevede l’utilizzo di Hamachi, un programmino free per creare velocemente una rete “tunnel” vpn tra i due computer e che permette ai programmi di chiamare il computer destinatario come se fosse nella stessa LAN, isolandoci dalle problematiche di bloccaggio porte e regole dei routers / firewall.
PROCEDURA PER CHI RICEVE ASSISTENZA REMOTA
- Installa HamachiSetup-1.0.2.5-it.exe, seleziona “usa Hamachi Basic” quando richiesto.
- Avvia hamachi e segui la procedura guidata, leggi attentamente le istruzioni che vengono mostrate. Quando ti verrà fatto “accendere ” il programma sarà controllabile anche da barra delle applicazioni – icona con 3 quadratini verdi collegati.
- scegli il nickname
- a questo punto devi creare una rete virtuale: clicca sul pulsante circolare con 3 quadratini collegati (nella finestra programma) e scegli “crea una nuova rete”. Immetti un nome (andrà poi comunicato a chi si deve connettere al nostro computer) – non già usato da altre reti di hamachi , quindi abbastanza originale e lungo – e password (non banale!) per la rete. Dovrebbe apparire il nome della rete con un quadratino verde acceso a sinistra (indica che sei connesso alla rete virtuale).
- Per entrare e uscire dalla rete: doppio click sul nome. Quando qualcuno entrerà a far parte della rete virtuale, il suo nome apparirà in elenco sotto il nome della conenssione.
- Disabilita il firewall di windows XP (pannello di controllo -> windows firewall o proprietà connessione per xp sp1)
- installa vnc-4_1_2-x86_win32.exe
- togli la spunta da “Register an configure VNC Server for Service-Mode” “Start the VNC server in service mode”, se l’uso del programma sarà occasionale e non si desidera avviarlo con windows
- Configuriamo il server vnc da
Start -> programmi -> -> RealVNC -> VNC Server 4 (User-Mode) -> Configure User-Mode Settings
la cosa essenziale è specificare la password (non banale). In “Connections” verifichiamo che la porta sia 5900 - Avviamo server VNC
- Start -> programmi -> -> RealVNC -> VNC Server 4 (User-Mode) -> Run VNC Server
A questo punto il computer è pronto per accettare connessioni. - Comuchiamo a chi si deve connettere:
-nome e password della rete hamachi
-password di vnc impostata - Attendiamo che avvenga la connessione, l’icona di VNC cambierà colore, il desktop sarà controllato dall’altra persona e vedremo il mouse muoversi.
PROCEDURA PER CHI SI COLLEGA
- Esegui i punti 1 e 2 descritti sopra
- a questo punto devi accedere alla rete virtuale: clicca sul pulsante circolare con 3 quadratini collegati (nella finestra programma) e scegli “unisciti ad una rete”. Immetti nome e password comunicate dall’altra parte. Dovrebbe apparire il nome della rete con un quadratino verde acceso a sinistra (indica che sei connesso alla rete virtuale), con il computer a cui vogliamo connetterci con a fianco l’indirizzo IP virtuale.
- Lanciamo vnc-4_1_2-x86_win32_viewer.exe
- immettiamo l’indirizzo IP virtuale che vediamo su hamachi (punto precedente). In caso di problemi aggiungere “:5900″ dopo l’indirizzo IP o il numero della porta di vnc server impostato dall’altro computer
- Inserire la password richiesta
- Il desktop del computer remoto apparirà e sarà controllabile in una finestra
